10WK Level 1 Hip-Hop Program

BREAK A SWEAT IN THIS CARDIO BASED STYLE!

Hip-Hop is a combination of street dance styles thats has been developed into a structured high-energy style seen in many music videos and live shows! Choreography is typically danced to hip-hop music. This program will teach you the basics and fundamentals of the style, that can also be beneficial in other styles such as Heels & Jazz-Funk.

No previous dance experience is required to join this level.
