10WK Level 1 Heels Program
This style is a combination of hip-hop, ballet and jazz all danced in a stiletto dance heel. This style is incredible for tapping into your feminine energy, getting familiar with the touch, feel & movement of your body, and learning the ins and outs of poise, posture, strength and sensuality. No previous dance experience is required to join this level. Proper dance heels will be required, and recommendations for cost-effective options will be shared with registrants.
