Learn a different combo in each class.
Both classes will be taught in heels but shoe choice is open.
Knee pads are mandatory.
Video footage of class will be taken, with optional group filming at the end.

What the workshop includes:
• Fun, dynamic warm-up with pre-choreography exercises to connect to your body
• Sensual floorwork choreography routine
• 1-1 time to troubleshoot parts of choreo dancers are struggling with to encourage confidence
• End of class videos for dancers who would like footage of the choreography
This choreo will include:
• Moments of self love and worshipping of our bodies and the movement
• Think: sensual, powerful, while adding your own spice!
• Focus on facial expression and utilizing all parts of our bodies from eyes to fingertips to diaphragm isolation
