Badass Babes Dance is an all adult dance training company that is built on the foundation of empowering, inspiring and educating performers of all skill levels, body-types and backgrounds. In a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment we priortize educating our Babes on the physical, mental and emotional benefits of dance through fun and energetic ways. As instructors we also LEAD by example, and this is a very important criteria to us for our future Babe leaders.
Today we are looking for committed and reliable instructors to start in September 2025 in MAPLE RIDGE B.C.
Aside from the teaching experience, here are a few criteria we look for in our instructors:
Femme-presenting, mature, optomistic & organized, community-driven, hungry to learn, excited to teach, healthy personal habits, kind and confident leadership skills, effective communicator, and always ready to DANCE! ;)

WHAT YOUR SCHEDULE COULD LOOK LIKE:
(& many more options!)
1. Teach as little as 2 choreography programs, 2.5 hours, 1 day a week.
2. Teach drop-in style techique classes, and 1 short choreography program, on Sundays 3.5 hours 1x a week.
3. Teach as much as much as 6 programs, 8+ hours, 3 x a week
Programs typically run for 10 - 12 weeks, with shorter 4-8 week additional programs within that time frame. (see schedule section below) We also have a live show at the end of our programs where teachers are involved in the process, and also have the option to perform themselves! These shows are THE MOST fun!
We ask that applicants only submit if they are wanting to commit to at least 2 seasons (September to November & January to March). Depending on what you teach, you may have programs that only run for 1 month each season.
