Bringing POMS Energy to the BADASS BABES

We are now on our 2nd session, and we are LOVING EVERY SECOND of our brand-new Adult POMS Cheer Dance Program, led by Julia Isabella

This is a performance program, so a choreography piece will be created to align with our show theme. Performing is always optional though, so feel free to come and enjoy the training for fun!

WHAT TO EXPECT

✨ POMS foundations
✨ Cheer-inspired technique, stamina, lines & timing
✨ Beginner-friendly training with optional challenges for experienced dancers
✨ Julia blending her own cheer expertise with Montreals Poms queen, Brianna Nicole.

IMPORTANT: Performing is optional. Dancers can still enjoy a full program regardless of performance.

PAYMENT PLAN: Available for 2 or more programs only.
